#41
OK, .955 should have those options for the JSON map.

Driver wont load at all now.

Without any changes the configuration checker utility says its missing an ExtractFrom on a line that is using a JSON map but is not needing it at all.

I think you have got it set so that its not optional

=====================================

I did add ExtractFrom="Start" ExtractTo="End" StripWS="Yes" to every JSON mapping and it loads fine.

The changes are working as well with the correct value being extracted from the payload.

Oops. I tested with stuff that has those because I wanted to make sure they worked. I didn't notice it wasn't being tolerant of them not being there.

Downloading now so will feedback the results when tested.

In the meantime is it possible to do something with formual's.  Let say you have a temp sensor that only reports deg C and you want F, would it be possible to do a formula on the value received.

And on a more difficult question, this is how Tasmota deals with the Pulse Time

"Display the amount of PulseTime remaining on Relay<x>
<value> Set the duration to keep Relay<x> ON when Power<x> ON command is issued. After this amount of time, the relay will be turned OFF.
0 / OFF = disable use of PulseTime for Relay<x>
1..111 = set PulseTime for Relay<x> in 0.1 second increments
112..64900 = set PulseTime for Relay<x>, offset by 100, in 1 second increments. Add 100 to desired interval in seconds, e.g., PulseTime 113 = 13 seconds and PulseTime 460 = 6 minutes (i.e., 360 seconds)"

This is more complicated than a formula so I am not sure how it could be handled simply in a single field.

Something like that will likely have to wait for the next release, since that is getting into a whole other kettle of spilt milk.
