A failure occurred while doing basic program setup
#1
Hi Dean,

Is there any way I can recover from the errors below by copying over a file from a recent backup or anything like that vs a full backup and re-install of CQC?  My recent backup wouldn't have all changes I've done recently on template cosmetics but is probably exact as far as drivers and configs go.

errors I'm getting:

PHP Code:

Looks like the config repo has gotten whacked somehow. Stop the service, zip up the file

[cqc]\CQCData\Repository\CIDCfgSrvRepo.CIDObjStore

and send it to me. I'll try to recover it, though it will at least loose that variable driver VK011 since that's the bad one.

So support at our domain.

Just in case anyone ever encounters this in future.  I was able to recover by just copying a backup of the file mentioned above over top of the corrupt one. Fortunately I had a fairly recent backup at the same version level.

Stopped CQC services, rename/delete existing corrupt file, start CQC services.
