I've open sourced my general purpose code - Dean Roddey - 03-09-2019

I didn't want someone to see something, misunderstand it, and freak out. So just a heads up that I've open sourced my general purpose code base. I have two completely separate code bases. CIDLib, which is a totally general purpose system, and CQC which is built on top of that. The CQC layer obviously has all of the CQC functionality on in it, so it's the one that really matters from a product perspective.

The CIDLib stuff has just been wasted in many ways because it's so powerful and I'm the only one using it. It could be taken in many different directions, but I don't have the time or resources to do that because so much of my time has to be put towards things that are immediately relevant to CQC.

Of course this also means that any bug fixes and new functionality that other folks add to it I can make use of in CQC as well. And it will hopefully bring a lot more attention to CQC indirectly.

If anyone is interested it's on Github here: https://github.com/DeanRoddey/CIDLib

It's just there now for perusal purposes. There's no docs yet. Initially I'll just be getting enough for folks to set up the environment and build it so that they can start evaluating it in earnest.
