I'm still not sure what you are doing. You just need to go to the CQC part of the start menu, and there's a CQC Command Prompt in there. Open that, and then type the command:

CQCNetTest > nt.txt

That will create an nt.txt file where you are. You can open that with notepad or something:

notepad nt.txt

select all the text and paste it into a reply here.

C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming>

That's just the current directory. By default the command line displays the current directory as the prompt. So the current directory when you open the command prompt is in your own user data area. If you want to find the file from Explorer, you can just navigate to that location using the explorer tree. And the nt.txt file you created should be there.
