Same issue for me on iPad 1 after download yesterday. Restarted Server and re-booted iPad/re-downloaded app. Still Crashes on start up.

We've reproduced the issue here - be in touch shortly about a workaround or update. In the meantime I recommend that anybody that hasnt yet upgraded hold off.

I am seein gthe same on my iPad2 (iOS 4.x), although it was not working properly before the update.

My iPhone4 (iOS 5.0.1) seems to be OK with the latest, my iPhone3GS (iOS 5.0.1) is on the previous version with no issues.

I can edit now, so that bug was fixed.

Hi Mick,

Can you confirm that you have an iPhone4 updated to the latest version of the app that does NOT crash? That could be a valuable lead - every ios5 device i've tested exhibits the crash.

One 4S was upgraded. This upgrade apparently propagated via wifi sync to the other 4S and the ipad2. All three devices crash on startup.

The iPhone 3G (no wifi sync) still works fine.

I have restarted the router, switch, ccc server (same machine runs the riva server).

Appears I mis-spoke. The 4GS is crashing. I must have been confused with the other phone - too many iOS devices..

To All - it's definitely an issue with the app, not your network, server, or other software.

it's a tricky one because the app DOES NOT exhibit the behavior while the (any) device is attached to a debugger (not an excuse, just an explanation for how this got through testing).

I know this is frustrating to anyone that uses this app in their production environment, and I apologize to all of you. For what little it's worth, know that I am in the same boat with a house full of iDevices that crash on startup!

I'll be in touch with more information as soon as I have it. again, my apologies.
