I even still have the email from 2013 where I purchased it so I know I am looking under the right google account. Does anyone else that purchased it see it in their history?
I found an old download, so I have the 'unlicensed' version installed, but I can only enter one profile at a time. It isn't that huge of a deal and I can get by with just changing my profile login each time I need to switch interfaces. I am just pointing out that it isn't showing up for me on the store though I purchased it since it was removed.
For me I still prefer taRiva to RDP, so hopefully it will continue to function until the HTML5 client is good to go.
thanks.
In same boat. Is there a place I can download the TaRiva client for "testing"? I understand it is unsupported. Any chance it will be open sourced now that was pulled from sale?
thx

Are you licensed for taRiva?
I can confirm that taRiva continues to work with the latest release of 5.1 of CQC. It seems faster but I also just upgraded to a Galaxy S8+ so that might be contributing to my perception.
The only caveat, and this has existed for multiple releases of Android now, is that you have to kill the application on the phone after you use it (delete from background / Close) as it will not reconnect. I have yet to find a way to automate the kill short of having a rooted phone. If you have a rooted phone, Tasker then it is doable.

Does this mean Riva is no longer an option? I am looking for a way to do 3 things only...open and close my garage door, and know status with my insteon garage door opener module with a isy994i. I want a way to do this as simply as possible, and control with my android phone reliably as this will only be used for emergency acess.

You would use WebRIVA now. It replaces the old RIVA clients.

The web option is FAR better than taRiva.
