ReloadDB missed new info ?
#1
Dont know if this is specific to 2.2.5 Beta i'm using - but i just added an album to JRiver - 18 tracks added - exported to XML - all as i have done dozens of times.

Did the usual reloadDB change field - goes false then back to true but hasnt added anything.

I've checked the XML file and the new album/tracks are in there fine.

Could it be that CQC has something against the Spice Girls (i dont blame it)...

I've never had a problem with the exported XML file since CQC was setup 18+ months ago.

I added an album last week and that appeared fine...

Any suggestions appreciated.

There may be some info missing from that entry that is required. If you put it into verbose mode and reload, it'll log if anything was ignored.

Will do - hate to ask though...

Once in Verbose i'll do a Reload and then take it back out of Verbose - were do i then get the log from for you.

I know I should know this by now :-(

I doubt you'll need to send it to me, just see what it says. Bring up the Log Monitor program and watch it as you invoke the reload. See if it complains about skipping any entries. If you do need to send it, there's a snap to file option on the log monitor. You can also snap to fill from the Admin Interface's log query dialog.
