How in the hell do you remove these things
#1
My new home had a brinks system put in automatically for me. I don't really care about brinks so I am not going to monitor it and will eventually replace the system. For now, I just want to remove a keypad from a wall because they put it in a really awful place and I am tired of looking at it.

I can't figure out how to get this stupid thing off the wall, anyone have any knowledge of these things?

I had an ADT keypad, I used a flathead screwdriver to pop the cover off, and the screws were underneath.

Yeah, that is what it looks like I need to do. There are two little slots on the underside of the unit, but I can't get the stupid thing to pop off to get to the screws. Really pissing me off.
