Who's done Brultech?
#1
Who's done a full brultech install? I just had solar + powerwall put in (although won't be turned on for 4ish weeks). The Powerwall can't handle a full 24 hour cycle (although darn close), so now my next goal is to find out circuit-by-circuit, how much power i'm consuming.

I *think* I have 20 different circuits (not home right now, looking at a picture). Looks like the GEM can handle 32, so i'm set there.

Trying to figure out how i'd have the electrician wire this up, which is where my questions are. But I won't put them here if nobody has done much.

I'm pretty sure Ron Haley has a fully loaded up one.

I did. No need for electrician, it's super simple to add the CTs as long as you're comfortable working in your electric panel.

All you need is a screwdriver.

Oh, make sure to buy the Dashbox, too. It's a real nice web front end to see your data.

I just finished a full install myself.  8x ECM-1240 in 6x electrical panels throughout my house.

I originally had an electrician install the CTs, but ended up redoing it all myself because I couldn't understand his notes and wanted to change circuits anyway.

My panel is outside the house, so I might call in an electrician to install a weather appropriate box and conduit and run the wires, not sure.
