OK, so it never gets to the point of sending anything. I'm guessing that because it's write only the field never gets set to non-error state because nothing ever gets written to it or something. I'll check that.

my zWave driver shows black but the field list is all blank. Both client interface & driver. The Aeotec is on a 2ndary server, before I try rebooting I want to ask you if I should do any tests.

Have you replicated from the master?

Yes, a few days ago. I had 25ish devices, fields for each one.

It was all going fine, I renamed a bunch of lights, then couldn't understand why my scheduled events stopped working. When I pulled up the AI, I realized all my fields were gone.

I ran a CQCNetTest last night from the MS, this is what it showed.

The 2ndary server is MINI-PC

I haven't yet rebooted the 2ndary or the MS, was waiting to see if anything else needed to be done first.

Actually, we needed to go the other way I think, from the problematic secondary.

In the meantime, I put up a preliminary 5.3.1 release for you and Ben to try to make sure it handles the issues you have (in your case the new Z-Wave unit support.)

ok this is from the 2ndary server. There is a fail at the very end. Will wait to reboot & also install 5.3.1 to see if that fixes anything.

That is the local client service. I think we discussed this before. The client service needs to be running on all machines. I'm assuming that, if you run the AI on that secondary machine, you get the error about the client service not running?

Check the services and see if the client service is set to run automatically and is currently running. If not, start it and set it to start automatically. Then run the test again.
