Tray Mon App issues after updates

This may be old news and if so, I apologize. 

After a beta update, and with all procedures for both the main server and clients followed, the tray mon app does not work.  The message if you right click the icon in the tray is "App Services not installed" and " Client Service not installed".  This renders the app useless.  The only fix I have found is to reboot the CQC server machine.

You have to start it as an admin, else any attempt to access services are denied and it looks like they don't exist. If you set it to auto-start it will start it that way. If you do it yourself, you'll need to right click it and select run as admin.
