Does anyone know if there is a 64 bit driver available for the intermatic zwave stick? I am trying to load the one provided on the zwave support page, but 32 bit driver won't load in XP 64 bit.

I found some 64 bit drivers that work over on the Homeseer downloads page. I am able to replicate the network, but when I try to rename the switch names to something useful, an error always pops up.

Any more info showing up in the logs? I assume it's not just the driver itself since other folks are using it and not complaining about that error. But I'm not sure I can see how the Z-Wave driver being 64 bit or not would have anything to do with causing that problem. It's not really related to the Z-Wave driver.

The only thing that is showing up is what is in the error message
Tried to read at the logical end of the stream |

That's pretty wierd because that's just the client side driver sending a new unit configuration to the server. It's sent as a blob of data, which is then read in on the server side. It appears that somehow not enough data is being sent. But if that were true it should fail for everyone, on a 32 bit machine as well because it has nothing to do with Z-Wave at all.

What version of CQC are you on? This would also involve driver backdoor commands, which were changed recently. If somehow you are mixing versions here, you could have a client sending the old unsigned parameter to the command and a server trying to read the new string based parameter, which could also cause this problem.

I am receiving the same error on my laptop which is running xp pro x86 (not 64 bit) with the drivers shown on the zwave support page. Can anyone else using the intermatic zwave stick try to rename a switch and see if it still works with one of the latest betas? You don't really have to change the name either. All I do is edit and save without renaming anything and the error still occurs.

You should use the driver on our Z-wave driver page probably.
