Default WTB: HD Matrix Switch

Ok im looking for a used HD Switch with audio... now Im not really sure what i should be looking for but this is what i would want to do with it..

Will be shooting component to 3 LCD's, they will be right next to each other. (2) 32" or 37" on the sides and either a 50" or 60" in the center, will have a 7.1 system hooked up with a Denon receiver..

The three front speakers will be wallmounted next to the center TV.. I would def. need one Digital Audio connection on the switch..just for what ever is playing in the center TV.. Im not sure if i would even care if the 2 sides dont get 7.1 from the denon.. I can just use the TV speakers for the sound,

I really dont want to spend $1000 or so, but it i have to i guess i have no choice! I was looking into the Neothings Switch, it looks great

Im almost scored a Inline 3808 for $300 bucks on ebay, but got outbid

If you can be patient and don't mind used items, then I would keep looking at e-bay. Inline, extron, autopatch are all keywords to seach for. Depending on how patient you can be, you should be able to find something for under $500 IMHO.

I was very patient and found a 16x8 1y16 Autopatch RGBH Ultrawide Band unit for $295 (and it came with two other low band boards - yes I got three compete 1y16 units in total). So good deals can be found.

You'll find the best success by checking daily and seeing if any new auctions have been put up that have a buy it now option. For example the auction I won was only up a short period of time before I jumped on it. If I hadn't been checking regularly, I would have missed it because it would have never made it to the actual ending date and time - someone would have bought it now much sooner than that. I just got lucky enough to be that person.

What sources are you looking to distribute?

Between the SageTV HDExtender and the fact that the 777 can do dual component outputs as well as a composite output, I'm leaning towards not doing any HD Matrix Switchers even when I expand the # of video zones.

My sources so far are:

(3) HD Directv boxes (for each TV)
- HTPC
- Xbox 360
- PS3
- Wii (Maybe)

Rest of the equipment in my rack:
Media Server (WHS) w\CQC
Denon AVR-2106
24 Port Gig switch

I was thinking of not using a HD Matrix Switchers but as far as i know thats my only option when using my HD Directv boxes for NFL sunday ticket.. I would want the option of showing 3 different games on all TVs or the same on all 3, etc..

whats 777?

ah, that's true; i've succesfully avoided DirecHD up until now, but my god is SciFiHD tempting. This is going to be a problem I need to solve within a few months.

777=Sony 777ES DVD megachanger.

Component Inputs? My issue is that there is no HTPC mechanism to record DirecTV-HD. I also hear that the DirecTV PCI card isn't going to work with 3rd party software (ie, Sage), but god I hope that's wrong.
