HD DVD Player deal at wal-mart
Wal-mart is doing a special on the Toshiba HD-A3 player tomorrow only starting at 8am.
$298.00 = Player and 12 "free" movies. seems to be a pretty good deal for an entry level HD-DVD player. I have to work so probably not gonna be able to get one. *minimum 5 per store ok I am done with the wal-mart spam now.

A3 is now $178.50 at amazon.com with 10 free DVDs. No serial control though.
EDIT: Actually, it's 10 free DVDs. Two come with the units, select 3 more from a list, and 5 more are rebates. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...DER&v= glance

heh, just checked, that A3 is down to $127 shipped with the free DVD option @the link above.
Guess that Blu-ray setback a few weeks ago is really taking it's toll.
