I'm not 100% sure but it looked like the Advanced Audio does 5.1 w/ DTS. The audio pack appears to be the Advanced Audio addon for those people that buy the regular then decide to upgrade. I'm still trying to decide what this gives me over ZP.

From what I hear Theatertek is a better picture for DVD's. I plan on using ZP for multi streaming and Theatertek for local playback.

The audio pack is for if you want to directly drive amps, rather than use a receiver to decode the DTS/etc stream.

I just got mine, too. I've been meaning to get it for a while, disappointed as I've been with PowerDVD and Beyond Media's DVD player. Having a CQC driver all set to go for it makes it even sweeter.
I'm glad that the deal is still good...I'd have been ticked if I'd lost out on a good deal because I accidentally didn't check the forums like I NORMALLY do every day.
