Can you please post any detailed images of the hinge side? I would like to see how you concealed the hinges, and made it work without binding on the jamb...

sorry, I don't have access to the house anymore but I can tell you there is nothing fancy except it is really strong. The casing is short enough on the hinge side to not bind but the door does not open a full 90 degrees.
