Does the SB server web interface come up?

If so, make sure that address matches the player address as listed on the website. Click on Settings at the lower right, then the player tab to see the player mac address.

Is there anything in the queue for your player? If so, clear it from the SB server web interface.

Do you have the correct server address entered for the driver?

If none of those items seem to be the problem, turn up the driver logs to High and post a snippet of what is being logged there.
