1) ATI 9800 Pro with a Zalman cooler attached (to run cooler & quieter) - $40 plus shipping. (that's as cheap as i've seen it on eBay)
2) Asus A7V600 mobo/AMD (2400? 2500? can't remember) CPU/1 stick of Kingston 512MB RAM/Zalman cooler - $50 plus shipping.
Here's pics of both. The Asus is just fine as a 2ndary machine, heck even a primary machine if you don't do much in the way of DVR on it. That's where I had issues given it's VIA chipset.
