Is this still accurate? 8 smoke detectors seems like a little overkill :)

I like the plan. Was it fairly easy to create? Could you integrate the file into an interface fairly easily and make it look decent (ie can you change the background, etc). I think I will end up with some sort of floor plan on some of my interface screens.

CA law requires a smoke detector in every room, so that was a given # for me.
