I know this has been covered somewhere before, but I could not find it with the search. If I want to play a short video before the actual movie, what is the best way to do this??

If you are talking about ripped DVDs and you have theatertek, that's an out-of-the-box feature with TT. I *think* you don't do anything in CQC differently, but TT takes care of it. I've never tried it, just read the marketing fluff, so i'm not sure about the details.
